I believe it's still hosted on blizzy's server, but it's about to be moved. 
I'm not quite sure how much the other developers are using it, but it's a 
rather nice concept, and even better if someone could write some CLI tools 
to scan the Portage database for successfully installed packages and submit 
them automatically...
