With "insmod tulip csr0=0x01a0a000", I got the card working, so I
can proceed with the installation.
You may wish to mention in the disk partitioning section that the
user might have to explicitly select a BSD partition label, and that
if it's not recognized, the user should use dd to wipe out the first
couple sectors of the disk. This issue has come up on axp-list
several times.
Also, there's a typo in Code Listing 2.10: you create a filesystem
on /dev/sda1, where I think you mean /dev/sda2.
As I go through the install, I'll mention anything else I find
that's worthy of note.
