It's a hard area for non-developers to help with, but that said, laumann
did a lot of work recently (and has been continuing to help) with the
various tooling around the Codeberg migration, PR automation, and so on.

It depends on exactly what sort you're interested in, I suppose. For
example, working on tooling in Catalyst to test an image would perhaps
be a bit of infra and a bit not.
