Heads up: python3_13t target to be removed on 2026-06-01 as well

Hello,

Just a quick note that the python3_13t (freethreading) target will be
removed along with python3_11 and pypy3_11 on 2026-06-01.

The reason is that we're cutting down on the number of targets being
built (and USE flags combinations that are already causing trouble for
pkgdev).  Given that freethreading is still experimental and haven't
been enabled for that many packages in Gentoo, we're going to limit it
to 3.14+ for the time being.

So past 2026-06-01, the available targets will be just CPython:

  3.11 3.12 3.13 3.14 3.14t 3.15 3.15t

with 3.14 being the default, and 3.15* being masked until it reaches
final (or maybe RC? can we trust upstream not to break ABI during rc?).
