Re: strange problems with some gentoo sites as seen from Russia

Sorry for hitting an old thread.
Seems problem occurs again. I see issues with loading resources from
assets.gentoo.org like
https://assets.gentoo.org/tyrian/bootstrap.min.css give me timeout.

Andrey, could you please share a path on resolving this issue?
