first of all most NNTP servers don't let you download binarys and cover only a small ammount of groups. and second of all if the rsyncs were consolidated it would require a minimum ammount of effort to maintain them, and any problems could be fixed fairly easily. I mean, are you saying that if you got a flood of orders you would just throw out the money?
