jetty ebuild update

I'm thinking I'd like to try and update the www-servers/jetty ebuild to the 
latest release ( 6.1.5 ). 

If I have questions on the process, should they go here ( jetty being a java 
app ), or to some other gentoo list ( jetty being in www-servers )?
