Last rites for www-servers/jboss

Java Gen 1 ebuild, needs to be migrated and bumped to latest stable
version. Binary ebuild that has many open bugs and is outdated. No
maintainer or anyone interested in maintaining it.

Work on bumping it to the latest version, and unbundling packaged deps
was underway in java-experimental overlay. There is a newer -bin version
in java-overlay. But is no where near ready to be added to the main tree
and both are now outdated a bit with newer releases.

Unless their is a compelling reason to keep in tree, it's going to be
removed in 30 days. It will be moved the java junkyard overlay. In case
someone still needs it.
