I've gotten KMAIL so it doesn't crash any more with wrong permisions.

Now how do I move the filters, all 100 of them, and the address book from the 
old KMAIL to the new Gentoo KMAIL?

I tried the obious of just copying the address book, and cut&pasting the 
filters in to kmailrc.

It didn't work.  Only the first filter is seen, Filter #0, and the address 
book is empty.

There has to be a better way to upgrade between KMAIL versions?
