Gentoo is a US-English started distribution.
its roots lie in the US with US geeks :)
i'm not saying we have a thing against foreigners,
i'm just saying that it is where Gentoo started, and
Gentoo didnt start out by designing capabilites for
everyone from the start.
but, if you want PC terms:
http://www.webopedia.com/
if you want jargon and PC terms:
http://www.everything2.com
http://www.everything2.com/index.pl?node=mung

after all, where else can you find a place that defines
terms such as 'uNF' and 'pnwed' ?
http://www.everything2.com/index.pl?node=uNF
http://www.everything2.com/index.pl?node=pwned

uNF uNF uNF
