problem emerging kdebase

I have a problem emerging kde, everithing goes well until kdebase package. 
The first strange thing I see are some messages in the screen like:
Can´t create directory /root/.kde/something : permission denied

then, at some point I get this in the screen:

And thats all, any ideas?, is this error common?, what should I do?
