Infrastructures bootstrapping paper

Here is a potentially useful paper on getting an infrastructure going. 
I used a similar method in my last job and can affirm that it works 
well.

It makes references to cfengine, but I don't think this is a good 
approach as cfengine doesn't capture the configuration changes to be 
replayed. This ends up with the situation that a rebuilt machine may 
not work, whereas it's better to rebuild machines for changes to ensure 
that they do and will always work when replicated.
