So, a core didn't crash, it just happened to be running on core 1, PID 221, and the task hung/failed.  It's saying part of the amdgpu drivers is what failed.  Without that it couldn't load the rest of the amdgpu drivers, and that led to SDDM failing.  Its probably specific to the model of graphics card you are using, ie 6600 XT or whatever.  If it's a popular card on steam or out in developers boxes, I would image it'll be fixed very soon and you can just block that specific version of the kernel.
