All: When I run the firmware update for the PERC 6/i, I am getting this error: Collecting inventory... ...... Inventory collection failed. Where can I find information regarding this error? log files? Is it possible that the inventory collection system is not setup correctly on the machine? I am running SAS-RAID_Firmware_F96NR_LN_6.3.3-0002_X00.BIN. Any suggestions will be helpful!
