                Thanks for let us know about this issue. When you update using DSU, have you selected iSM DUP (Systems Management Application v 2.1). As we checked, the iSM update internally carries dcism installable  which provides dcismeng script. We have informed the iSM team to investigate further on this and get back with updates.
