After installing invcol...
Not sure why it's looking to run xterm...

This could be an inventory collector issue. Please try the following to run the inventory collector directly.
# yum install invcol_V8336_LN64_15.06.00_A00
and run the inventory collector from /usr/libexec/dell_dup/invcol_V8336_LN64_15.06.00_A00
(sh /usr/libexec/dell_dup/invcol_V8336_LN64_15.06.00_A00)
Share the resulting xml output with us.
