You can install DSET on another server that has network access to the
server in question's DRAC IP and then from the remote server CLI run a
remote DSET against the problem server using this command:

dellsysteminfo -s x.x.x.x -u user -p password

x.x.x.x = problem server DRAC IP
user = problem server DRAC user name
password = problem server DRAC user password
