Dell - Internal Use - Confidential Hi Stephen, Thanks for providing the detailed information about the issue. The iDRAC update is failed as the USB mount or enumeration is failed on the system. Please make sure the usb-storage driver is not blacklisted on your system. If usb-storage driver is not blacklisted then reset the iDRAC through web interface or using the racadm command (racadm racreset) and try update again.
