4.1.0 has just been released.

A big thank you to all who contributed bug-reports, patches, testing and
debugging.

Fix DMA buffer problem for ni_usb and agilent_82357a for linux
4.9

Fix compile issues introduced by change of wait_queue
structure in the 4.13 kernel. Thanks to Marcello Carla
for testing backward compatibility.

Fix Bug: #60 type mismatch pc2_command patch from dac922

Removed test bashism: changed == to = in confic.ac thanks to Dale Smith

Added test in bootstrap for non svn directory thanks to Ian Hodds

PHP language binding changes:
  removed checks for pass by ref for php5 support
  removed support for old NI_GPIB library ugpib
    thanks to Richard Klingler and Carsten

Incorporated patch from Vince Vielhaber for php5.6 bindings

Fix doc defines for IbaPPollTime & IbcPPollTime. Thanks Vince Vielhaber.

Added support for NI GPIB-USB-HS+. Thanks Lukas Botsch.

Fix of automatic serial polling
  Change test on stuck_srq in sys/ibinit.c
  Implement per board open descriptor autospoll accounting
  Add ibspb() call to get status byte queue length
  Tested OK on some pre SCPI devices see language/python/srq_device.py
  Add doc on condition bits for device in ibwait
    Clarify doc on ibrsp(), added standard status byte bits
  Add ibwait() condition bit constants in python binding
  Add GPIB status byte bit constants in python binding
  Change python binding for serial_poll to return an int
            instead of string to facilitate bit mask operations
  Add python binding for ibspb() -> gpib.spoll_bytes()
  Add python examples using srq at board and device level

          By default automatic serial polling is disabled initially.
 It is enabled
          with the Ib

Fixed slowness / race conditions for ni-usb when using
  multi-process/multi-threaded access to the library.
  Thanks to Gavin Dold and Hartmut Rombach for testing and debugging.



Notes:
- 4.1.0 has been tested on linux version 4.13.4 from kernel.org - There is
no 4.0.4 stable release.
- 4.0.4rc2 and 4.0.4rc3 are deprecated but will remain on-line until
30 January 2018 in case somebody needs them.
