Not to mention she could at the very least have just opened her computer
and looked at the ram already in it to see what it is.  It's generally
labeled quite clearly, and that would have taken care of the answer
without any searching.  Either that or call Sony, sometimes you'll get
someone who will actually answer your question (good luck).
