i think mine is a Transcend 256MSYGR114-B56, an EDO SODIMM, which makes it SDRAM, and i also (if i remember it right) is PC100. i have an r600mx.

I got the memory from orcalogic.co.uk, where they have a 'memory finder'
so you can see what you need.
