Yes, I'd love to get this working too, but its got to be reliable, and untill
it is, I, for one, am better off without it.

The Vmware wierdness upon un-suspend is because of network 
drive mappings that have gon south when you suspend the VMware
but then follow that up with a shutdown of Samba.  Upon reboot,
Vmware sessions expect a continuing session, but Samba, being
a new instance, has no record of these sessions.  

Aften this can be solved by opening a command prompt in XP
and run ipconfig to release and then renew your connection.

But getting the suspend to work would be sweet.
