Has anyone else have problems configuring modem and the usb ports on this model ? I'm using slack.

XP dosen't even run on this, i've reinstalled several times, and it's memory dump all the time.
(*IRQ_ or BAD_CONFIG*)

I'm wondering if i have faulty hardware.,
