Looks like your config file is for XFree86 version 3. You must be using
XFree86 version 4, aren't you?

BTW, you should not be keeping two config files, it'll make more trouble
than help. Just delete XF86Config-4 and use XF86Config (make sure these
are real files, not symlinks).

I suggest you use my own XF86Config file as a template:
http://www.ensicaen.ismra.fr/~delvare/vaio/files/etc/X11/XF86Config
Adapt it to you needs and it should be OK.
