I've got Mandrake 9.1 on Sony Vaio PCG-FXA36(UC)

Just FYI,
 
I've got Mandrake 9.1 running on a dual-boot (w/ WinXP) PCG-FXA36(UC).  The back of the laptop says its a PCG-971L, but the PC itself reports the FXA36 suffix.
 
I post here to offer my various config files to help others.  I failed to document much of my trials and tribulations, but have sound, USB, CD-RW, and DSL via onboard 100 base T ethernet adapter working.
