I install both because I need the headers etc for VMWare compiles etc. But I've never been burned by one of his kernels except one time. So I let his kernels sit a week and then install. If they are bad he will remove them by then. But to be truthfull, I have not installed his .21 kernels yet.. Too busy to get to it.
