Further digging thru the manual seems to suggest that the brigde is meant
to be a bridge in the true ethernet sense, like if had two disjoint networks
(wire networks) and wanted to join them - like two offices accross a
street or something.

The WGR614 appears to be a real router with NAT and apparently
some limited port forwarding capability so that inbound connections
can be designated to go to a specific computer on the wireless
network.  Shucks, I could live with that...
