Hi Jean,
Thanks for your help. After reading the pointer on Nvidia site,  you 
sent... and the xconfig doc I am able to load the gui... phew..

Okay now one more problem .. when I log out from kde .. it hangs.. I 
mean that I dont get the console back... if I press ctrl+alt+del it goes 
for a reboot, so it mean it dosent hang but I dont get the console back 
once I log out from xserver.

Any tips on that.. ??

I have attached the config file this time.. sorry for not attaching the 
file last time....
