The i810 only support stereo at *48000* Hz (16-bit only, what's more).

When this happens on mine, I usually get the bad pitched sound, and
closing and reopening the application doesn't solve anything. Maybe I
should try unloading and reloading the driver. The solution used so far
was to reboot (shame on me) because it doesn't happen too often.
