Tony,

Hi, I have a PGC-NVR23 too and have ripped and played for over 6 months now.
Glad to hear of your fix.

May I ask what distro you are running? Gentoo?

I have installed Suse 8.2 as a dual boot with the included software (wiped
2nd partition), but am having a lot of problems getting it configured.

Have you gotten ACPI working? Mine defaulted to APM and every time I try to
switch to ACPI, my sound card stops working!

Did you recompile your kernel? Was it hard?

Anyway, any tips you have for this machine would be great!

Thank you.

Frank Wylie
