Dear Mark,
I was create a link to /dev/modem ( ln -f /dev/ttyS2 /dev/modem ) and here is output when i run "wvdial" :
--> WvDial: Internet dialer version 1.54.0
--> Cannot open /dev/modem: Input/output error
--> Cannot open /dev/modem: Input/output error
--> Cannot open /dev/modem: Input/output error
