Hi Kelvin. I own a satellite L10-S104. Im using ubuntu 5.10 and
everything went fine: audio, video, the "blue" buttons, etc. I needed to
fix 2 things: the battery state measurer(needed to recompile the kernel with
2 patches. Its a specific prob of this models), and use ndiswrapper for the
wireless internal card. I also eliminated the one-touch click of the
mousepad(i find it annoying) editing the xorg.conf file. Besides that, I
can tell that ubuntu 5.10 works totally fine in my model(which is almost the
same as yours). In my case, the only piece of hw that wasnt recognized was
the wireless card(INPROCOMM one), and I used ndiswrapper to load the windows
driver. Now is running really fine.
Try any of the distros you have, and post here your results.

Best regards.

PD: I have FC4 here also, but im too lazy just to reinstall linux, when what
I got is doing fine :)
