Well, i wouldn't call it a bug. I'd call it carelessness. If the
binaries in their rpm's just are muted per default, then the binaries
have to be reworked or- the other way- fedora should apply a common
script or patch which does this unmuting during installation process. As
far as I know suse distibutions do so. On my handmade gentoo i have to
unmute it after compiling the sources, that's why I know it.
