Use any new version (Fedora 5, SuSE 10.1, etc) because this versions use
module sky2 to Marvell Yukon (module sk98lin is bad).
Try to use parameter acpi=off in boot options (e.g. menu.lst of GRUB),
but disable ACPI is not a good idea to laptops.
