I tried to install the RPM with no luck. I was getting a dependancy issue with "libsynaptics" not being available. I checked and I have the following installed already " x11-input-synaptics-0.14.6-24" and libsynaptics is not available on the install disc or at Packman or Guru's site in yast. Also, your page link is http://ktoshiba.sourceforge.net/ correct? If you are willing to do so, once KToshiba is installed, make sure that you load the omnibook module with the user=1 so a regular user can write to /proc/omnibook files su -c "modprobe -q omnibook user=1 <other options>" Once loaded, launch KToshiba from a terminal and send the output to me please.
