[tlinux-users:08446] Toshiba Tecra S3 - Linux doesn't see my sata harddrive.

Hello,

i try to install fedora core 6, or ubuntu 7.04 on my toshiba tecra s3,
but they doesn't see the sata harddrive. knoppix has no problems with it,
so i think it's a driver problem.

Knoppix (kernel-2.6.11) uses "ahci". Ubuntu (2.6.20-15) and fedora (2.6.18.1)
loads "ata_piix" first and then "ahci".  Is it my problem? What happens,
when i delete "ata_piix" from the initrd ? Need another hardware this module?
Maybe should "ahci" be hard preloaded in the initrd? 

What and how can i do to fix this issue?
