Ubuntu 7.04 continues to work great on my Satellite. I am, however, having one problem with sound: The right speaker channel, both with the built-in speakers and with external ones, sounds fuzzy and distorted, as though there were a loose wire. However, the sound is fine in Windows, so it's not a hardware problem. It happens with YouTube videos under Firefox and with Rhythmbox, so it's not just one particular piece of software. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to go about debugging the problem? I'm at a loss.
