The gpu fan is spinning.
Using not gpu-intensive programs the temperature is 46-48=B0C (114-118=B0=
F),
using gpu-intensive programs is around 20=B0C higher (36=B0F).

I have tried the 4.20 version but I am come back to the 4.00. On my pc
the 4.20 stops the gpu fan using windows (I'm using the toshiba drivers,
the problem is non that).

Before to find the "magic parameter" I have modified the dsdt and it was
correctly loaded but it has never changed something on my pc.
Now I'm using the standard dsdt.
