  Hello Dear Sir/Madam,
   
  I have notebook Toshiba Model : Satellite A105-S4201
   
  I have installed two OS on it.Windows XP & Linux Fedora core 5.
  The problem is while I try to connect to Internet via Linux using dial up connection,Linux give me an error saying: Failed to activate ppp0 with error 8.I am sure that all have done right.Please guide me what is it ? is it problem with my modem? Or maybe Linux can not realize Toshiba modem software?
