about this same info is not enough, you can read source code in ALL e-mails.

List-Help: <mailto:[email protected]?body=help>
List-Unsubscribe: 
<mailto:[email protected]?body=unsubscribe>

So, send a message to [email protected] with only 
a word in body (unsubscribe).
