Hello Mattias, Thank you very much for your quick response. It is greatly appreciated. Ah..... Well, you point out one problem. There must be a mis-config in my ha.cf file because my virtual interfaces come up on BOTH machines when I start heartbeat. I tried to take a shortcut using the "udp eth1" statement instead of using broadcast/multicast or unicast on the interface. Looks like I got bit on that one. I'll change my ha.cf file and see if this fixes my problem. Thanks again!
