This have been discussed for quite some time on the lvs-users
mailing-list.

The problem seem to be that the ipvs sync daemon that uses some kind of
uninteruptable sleep. There are patches for this but it doesn't seem to
have got in to any major kernels yet.

Anyway, as Mattew pointed out, there is really no harm at all, it is
more a cosmetic issue. This does not really cause any real load on your
system. But it is a load as system load is defined. "Number of processes
waiting to get some time to execute" Since ipvs sync is uninterruptible
it is always executing (doing sleep) hence some process have to wait...
