any way to tell if the linux director and real servers are under/over loaded?

Hello ultramonkey experts,

I have load balanced web servers, as here:

I wonder if I can use lower-powered hardware for the director, and I wonder whether I have too many or not enough real servers.

Is there any way to get a handle on those question?
