Hi Rick,

Off-hand I'm not sure of any tools to analyse such things.
Generally speaking, on the director(s) you probably want
to be looking at memory and CPU utilisation. While on
the real servers you also want to look at system load and I/O.

You probably also want to monitor these things over time,
as they probably vary at different times of day and the week,
and likely change as time goes on - for example if you get more
users you would expect the system usage to increase.
