RHEL 3 / UM 2.0.1 --> UM 3

Greetings,

Recently, I've begun the process of upgrading my RHEL 3 boxes running UM
2.0.1 to UM 3.0.

During the transition, I've noticed UM 2.0.1's custom kernel (rolled by
Horms, version 2.4.21-27.0.2.EL.um) uses LVS version 1.0.10.

The current RHEL R5 kernel (version 2.4.21-32.0.1.EL) uses LVS version
1.0.8.

Some time ago, there was concern about a "jiffies bug" that existed in
1.0.8. In addition, it seems somewhat awkward to me that I am upgrading
to a more recent kernel that has an older version of LVS than what I
have been running (error free) for some time now...

I'm looking for comments from anyone regarding lost functionality /
stability /etc.. and whether or not this even makes a difference when it
comes to two node clusters...

Thanks in advance.

-John
