Dear Horms,

Thanks for your reply. We finally find out the reason why. There are the below 
steps for setting up of ultramonkey

ln -s arptables-noarp-addr_takeip local_takeip 
ln -s arptables-noarp-addr_giveip local_giveip

Our printer has cut several words and it become 

ln -s arptables-noarp-addr_takeip local_tak
ln -s arptables-noarp-addr_giveip local_giv

This causes the problems.
