heartbeat prolem - two masters?

Hi All, I am using two NICs to do Heartbeat, configuration as in ha.cf is like: ucast eth1 172.16.1.2 ucast eth3 172.16.2.2 Now if I disconnect both LAN cables, ldirectord of both nodes will be started. So it is an expected behaviour. But the problem is when I connect both cables back, None of the load balancers will shutdown their ldirectord, thus they all become masters... How can I solve this problem?
