Hmmm. since you mention typing F5, I assume you are running your web browser
from a windowz machine. And if so, I smell either cache or Windowz arp table
issue here. But I suspect arp issue. Have you tried setting you windowz arp
cache to something other than default? Windowz default is that, arp cache is
not set at all. Look into this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q139415/

.and try tweaking your ArpCacheLife to say. 3 secs only, and see if it
helps.
