Hi patrick,

If you are using the prefix 64 , then the  interfaces 
3ffe:302:11:1:250:fcff:fe2a:b616 and 3ffe:302:11:4:202:44ff:fe90:91af fall 
in different networks namely 3ffe:302:11:1:: and 3ffe:302:11:4:: as the 
first 64 bits signify the network part. You can change the address of B 
to  3ffe:302:11:1:202:44ff:fe90:91  and the ping6 should succeed  or you 
can reconfigure the prefixes for A and B as 48 ( but some rfc says for site 
local its better to use prefix 64.Still u can use prefix 48 and ping6 will 
succeed)
