(usagi-users 03301) Where should I begin to make use of the hop-by-hop option?

Dear all,

I need to implement a new hop-by-hop option for
research purpose.  Where should I begin to look?  Are
there any sample codes that will show me how to make
use of the hop-by-hop option?

I also need to make some minor changes to routing
behavior.  Where should I begin to look?  Iptable6?
